Always having been a passionate student and collector of art, I see rooms as compositions much as an artist would view a painting on a canvas. Looking for balance and symmetry, I also particularly love the play of dark and light in a room and appreciate the empty spaces that contribute their own weight and substance to the overall sense of completion.
